Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026. By using Ming you agree to these terms.
What Ming is
Ming converts a birth moment into a Bazi (Four Pillars) chart and produces a written interpretation in English, plus an optional compatibility comparison and a chat feature for follow-up questions.
Entertainment and self-reflection only
Readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they are not predictions of fact. Never delay seeking help from a qualified professional because of something you read here. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Ming, or 13–17 with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We may close accounts that do not meet this requirement.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you enter and for keeping your login secure. One account per person. Do not share your account, attempt to access other users' reports, scrape the service, resell readings, or use automated tools to overload it. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Purchases and refunds
Paid readings are one-time purchases described on our pricing page. Refunds are handled under our refund policy.
Intellectual property
The site, its design and its text belong to Ming. Your reading is yours to keep and share personally; please do not republish it commercially as your own product.
Availability
We aim to keep Ming online but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ming is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on a reading. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under your local consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION PLACEHOLDER], and disputes will be heard by the courts of [JURISDICTION PLACEHOLDER], without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
