Refund Policy
A 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on any purchased reading.
7-day full refund
If you are not satisfied with a purchased reading, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@placeholder.com for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
How to request one
Email support@placeholder.com from the address on your account and include the date of purchase. You do not need to give a reason. We confirm every request within 24–48 hours.
What happens to your reading
You may keep the copy of any reading already generated. Refunded purchases may lose access to future paid features tied to that purchase.
